Smiles on the Dock
I drove into Old Town Alexandria today to drop off my photo for the Art League's "Doubt" exhibit that will start this coming Wednesday for a month at the Torpedo Factory. While I was there, I did a quick walkabout on the river and I was NOT the only one!! Lots of people were out despite the wet drizzle and semi-warm, humid conditions. Most people were smiling, laughing, and seemingly happy about life in general. This couple was sitting on the dock next to the Chart House restaurant and obviously very much enjoying one another and life in general. Their happiness made me smile.
